Once you successfully complete the program, you'll automatically receive a pay increase.What You'll DoAs an LVN, you'll play an important role in providing efficient, compassionate care while helping our clinics deliver an outstanding patient experience. Every day brings something different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.Responsibilities include:Collect and document patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other clinical informationAssist providers during examinations and medical proceduresPerform EKGs and support cardiac life support activitiesAdminister medications by oral, intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intradermal routesProvide wound care, complete dressing changes, and remove sutures and staplesStart IVs and saline locksPerform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimensPrepare lab samples and assist with testingMaintain accurate, timely electronic medical documentationSupport clinic operations and assist teammates wherever neededTravel between HealthCARE Express clinics throughout the Texarkana area as staffing needs requireOur clinics are built on teamwork, so you'll receive cross-training and may occasionally assist outside your traditional nursing responsibilities to help provide exceptional patient care. Flexibility and a willingness to work at multiple clinic locations are essential for success in this role.Schedule12-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)Closed every SundayCompensation$26/hourWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and stays calm under pressure.
