Looking for a Hygienist Who Loves Patient Care – Join Our Positive, Supportive Team! We are looking for a licensed, dependable Dental Hygienist to join our practice. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional care while enjoying a work-life balance with no weekend shifts. Pay $40~$46 per hour Salary Details Salary based on Experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist What We’re Looking For:
- Active IA Hygiene License
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort
- Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed.
- Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care.
- Provide tailored recommendations for oral care products, such as electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and interdental cleaners.
- Discuss the impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits (such as smoking, grinding, and sugar intake) on oral health.
- Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued.
- Accurately document patient histories, exam findings, and treatment progress in digital records.
- Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patients needs.
