Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize warehouse processes. Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Manage warehouse staff, maintain system data integrity, and coordinate with customer service, marketing, sales, and finance teams using NetSuite ERP Ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, transfer, and organization of products to designated program areas for distribution in collaboration with program staff Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Process items receipts, transfer, and fulfillment transactions in NetSuite ERP Maintain real-time inventory accuracy within the system Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Generate inventory stock movement and performance reports Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Support audits by providing accurate system reports and documentation Perform other duties as assigned
