Patient Care Liaison/CNA

Expected pay for this position is $21.45 - $25.70/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
BCBS Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with 5% match, $5250 Educational assistance per year, PM Shift differential: $2/hr, Weekend Shift differential: $1.75/hr
Position Summary
The Patient Care Liaison/CNA provides patient care, greets, and talks with patients, family members, and visitors in the department. Assists with a variety of needs during their stay, performing various duties/tasks to support a smooth workflow in the unit and provide an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Other License/Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois or EMT-B, License in the State of Illinois American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior patient care experience
