Associate Veterinarian

Founding Veterinarian — Clifton, NJWe are working on behalf of a growing primary care practice in Clifton, NJ that is opening its first US clinic and looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its founding team (with equity available!).Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application. This is a membership based practice built around preventive medicine, continuity of care, and removing the cost barriers that so often stand between pets and the treatment they need. Because members pay a flat monthly fee rather than per visit, families come in earlier and more often, which means you get to practice thoughtful, proactive medicine and build genuine relationships with your patients over time. The model is already well established internationally, so you get the ground floor energy of a first US clinic with the reassurance of a proven approach behind it. You will work alongside senior clinical leadership to help shape how the practice delivers care in the US, manage your own caseload with real continuity, and help develop the clinical protocols the team grows into. There is no emergency or overnight on-call work, and appointments are never rushed, with monthly membership capped so the team is not overloaded. Whether you are drawn to prevention-focused medicine, want a schedule that protects your time, or simply believe good care should be affordable, this is a chance to help build something meaningful from the very start. Both full-time and part-time arrangements are considered.Key HighlightsFirst US clinic of an established, internationally proven primary care modelNo emergency or overnight on-call work, so your evenings and weekends stay yoursNever-rushed appointments, with monthly membership capped to guard against overloadMembership model that removes cost barriers, so families seek care earlierA founding team role with a real voice in how the US clinical model developsFocus on preventive, evidence-based medicine and genuine continuity of careFull-time or part-time arrangements both consideredModern, app-supported workflows including telehealth as part of the roleAbout YouDVM or VMD licensed, or eligible for licensure, in New JerseyIdeally two or more years of clinical experiencePassionate about improving access to affordable veterinary xhyhwjd careComfortable practicing pragmatic, evidence-based primary care medicineA clear and compassionate communicator, in the clinic and over telehealthCollaborative and adaptable, and excited to help build something newBenefitsCompetitive salary of $140,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and working patternPerformance bonus structureOpportunity for equity participation as the US business growsHealth benefits and generous PTOContinuing education supportComplimentary care membership for your own petsNext StepsIf you are interested, hit "Apply" or for a confidential chat to find out more, simply email ben or call the office at (98
