You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointments, and follow established visitor management procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Observe front lobby activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, or policy violations in accordance with site procedures. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required front desk records while providing a professional and welcoming presence. Minimum Requirements: Have at least two years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
