About the RoleAs Senior Manager, Brand Strategy, you will lead efforts that drive brand clarity and customer relevance for Kohl’s and its proprietary brand portfolio. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to establish impactful brand positionings, identities and marketing strategies that increase consideration to shop Kohl’s.What You’ll DoLead the development of Kohl’s & proprietary brand strategies that align with customer needs, market trends and business objectivesLead strategic forums bringing together senior leaders from merchandising, design and marketing to align on direction and execution for our proprietary brand portfolioOwn and evolve Kohl’s private brand portfolio architectureBuild a comprehensive private brand marketing roadmap that informs go-to-market strategies for both marketing and merchandising teamsDevelop creative briefs that build a strong brand identity for Kohl’s and its brands, including distinctive brand assets that increase awareness and attribution Create presentations for executive audiences that communicate brand strategy opportunities and recommendationsIndependently drive initiatives and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationMonitor brand performance and synthesize insights to inform continuous improvementStay current with competitive positioning efforts and understand shifts and white space opportunitiesAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredBachelor's Degree and 7+ years of marketing experienceStrong grasp of brand strategy principlesRetail industry knowledgePreferred10+ years of marketing experience with brand strategy, brand positioning and brand management strongly preferredAgency or consultant experienceExperience working with product design teamsJob SummaryJob number: R473114Profession: Marketing, eComm & Creative
