IRM Developer - Product SuitLocation: Montvale NJDuration: 6+ MonthsSalary Range: $60- $66 an hour on W2 or C2CJob Description:IRM Developer - Product Suit • Strong expertise (2+ years) in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) is required, including experience in IRM suit, with additional experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as LSD, ITSM, or ITOM. Developers who have not worked in IRM/GRC or junior developers will be not considered.• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and IRM suit (Risk Management Audit Management) applications, with deep technical knowledge of the vendor risk lifecycle, issue management and remediation, and risk/Audit reporting / dashboards.• Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional ServiceNow certifications preferred; e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC), ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer); or platform micro-certifications• 3+ years of recent, hands-on ServiceNow IRM product suit development experience delivering platform solutions that solve business problems and create measurable impactRole Descriptions:ServiceNow IRM Developer - Product Suit Responsibilities:Design| develop| and deploy ServiceNow applications and platform solutions using JavaScript and the Now Platform (Flow Designer| IntegrationHub)Configure scoped applications and core platform features using best-practice patterns| security controls| and governance standardsBuild and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using RESTSOAP APIs| MID Server| and IntegrationHub spokes ensure secure| reliable data exchangeCreate and maintain technical documentation (solution designs| build notes| update sets| integration specifications| deploymentrunbooks)Provide post-deployment support| troubleshoot issues| and implement enhancements based on user feedbackMaintain code quality through peer reviews| automated testing where applicable| and adherence to ServiceNow SDLC and releasedeployment practicesDevelop automation and orchestration (flowsworkflows| business rules| script includes| UI policies| catalog items) to improve operational efficiency and user experienceCollaborate with architects and stakeholders to produce solution designs and delivery estimates translate requirements into implementable user storiesResearch and recommend emerging ServiceNow capabilities (e.g.| Virtual Agent| AI Search| Now Assist where applicable) and present options to technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualifications:Strong expertise (2 years) in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) is required, including Risk Management and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), with additional experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as LSD, ITSM, or ITOM.
