Position: Data Entry Clerk Location: Fort Worth, Texas Duration: 12 month Contract Job ID: 178320 Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems. Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity. Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Generate reports and summaries as required by management. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
