Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health conditions, along with their strengths and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Create and manage individualized treatment plans, outlining specific goals and therapeutic interventions aligned with each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, addressing topics such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
