As the lead Nurse Practitioner for a growing company, you will: Partner with interventional specialists to evaluate and treat patients with peripheral artery disease and other complex vascular conditions. Design and execute evidence-based care plans that restore blood flow and prevent lower-extremity amputations. Perform comprehensive exams, order/interpret diagnostics, and prescribe therapies, documenting each encounter in a voice-recognition–enabled EMR. Provide continuity of care across sites, including scheduled visits to partner nursing homes. Educate and empower patients and families, applying critical-thinking skills to every interaction. Contribute to quality-improvement and case-review initiatives that drive superior outcomes.

Requirements Current NY State licensure and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-acuity environment such as vascular surgery, operating room, interventional radiology, critical care, trauma, or cardiology. Proven ability to craft comprehensive visit notes and autonomous care plans. Exceptional communication, patient-education, and clinical-decision skills. Wound-care and PAD experience a plus (will train the right candidate). Valid driver's license.
