Job Description We are seeking a mid‑level/senior Asset Management and Investment Funds associate to join our Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office. Responsibilities Work closely with experienced lawyers who provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Provide regulatory and private funds expertise to clients, maintaining the highest quality client service. Operate independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Four to six years of experience in registered funds, regulatory, or private funds spaces. Strong academic credentials. Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and within a team. Location & Compensation Office: Boston, New York, Washington, DC. Base compensation: $295,000 - $420,000 (salary determined during interview based on experience, expertise, market, and business needs).
