Location: 3 Hours east of Portland, OR
Duration: ASAP - Ongoing, Locum (option to convert to permanent)
Reason for coverage: Growth in the community
Schedule: Monday Friday
Shift: 8a-5p
Call: None
Patient volume: 20 patients per day
Scope: Workers Comp and Employer Health
EMR : EPIC
Required: Oregon License, Board Certified in either Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Family Medicine with Occ med experience
