This role is ideal for experienced residential electricians who want strong support, consistent work, and a clear path for professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues efficiently and safelyInstall, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and componentsEnsure all work complies with Virginia and NEC electrical codesPerform service, replacement, and upgrade work including panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, and safety devicesClearly explain findings, recommendations, and solutions to homeownersMaintain accurate documentation and job recordsCollaborate with dispatch, management, and support teamsRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experienceStrong working knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systemsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues independentlyFamiliarity with local and national electrical codesCustomer-focused mindset with strong communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasksConfident decision-maker in a fast-paced service environmentValid driver's license with a clean driving record (Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old.)Ready to Join Us?At Kellam Home Services, we invest in our people.
