Transactional Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Transactional Attorney in San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Senior Associate and/or Partner, supporting the transactional department by maintaining client relationships, drafting documents, performing legal research, and managing transactions. Duties Conduct legal research using Westlaw and firm resources Summarize and present legal research to clients Complete entity formation checklists and prepare related documents Support complex mergers and acquisitions and manage smaller transactions Draft acquisition documents and manage due diligence Draft and review real estate leases and purchasing documents Draft various contracts and employment documents Advise clients on employment practices and respond to investigations Advise HOAs and draft related documents Participate in team meetings and maintain transactional task lists Record daily time entries and respond to communications promptly Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Education Juris Doctor Degree Certifications Texas Bar Admission Skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to function well in a high-paced environment Adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality Benefits Health insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
