Channel Sales Representative

Location: Kent, WA Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Travel: 25%-50% globally; passport required Job Overview We are seeking a Channel Sales Representative - Gas Systems to develop and grow relationships with distributors, OEMs, channel partners, and end users. This role will drive sales growth, expand market opportunities, and provide customers with technical and application support. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage channel partner, distributor, OEM, and end-user relationships. Achieve annual sales and revenue goals. Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities. Prepare product, equipment, and parts quotations. Conduct partner business reviews and provide product training. Support customers with product selection, system sizing, applications, and technical questions. Attend trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and technical workshops. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce. Ensure timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience in Propane Gas, Natural Gas, Industrial Gas, Petroleum, Energy, Utilities, Electrical, or HVAC industries. Proven sales experience and record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Technical aptitude and ability to understand gas systems and applications. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Willingness to travel globally 25%-50% .
