Job Description Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of multifamily construction projects. Support project managers in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project success. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports. Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project plans. Assist in the procurement of materials and vendor management as needed.
