$1441.60/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities as an LVN/LPN. Support patient wellness through clinical expertise and compassionate patient interactions. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments to residents following physician’s orders and facility protocols. Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and document findings accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards at all times. Educate residents and their families about health management and care procedures. Qualifications: Active LVN or LPN license in the state. Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and medication administration. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
