• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure availability of essential parts.
• Process parts orders and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide support in managing returns and exchanges of parts.
• Maintain a clean and organised parts counter area.

• Previous experience in a parts counter or related role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail and a passion for the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Experience with automotive parts software.
• Certification in automotive technology or related fields.
