Are you living your life's work?Summary:Provides direct patient care and performs selected therapeutic interventions and diagnostic procedures under the direction of the Registered Nurse.Responsibilities:1. Provides safe and efficient direct patient care with consideration for age-specific accommodations.2. Collaborates with patients, families, and health care team members in order to achieve excellence in patient care.3. Promotes patient safety through adherence to protocols, policies, procedures, evidence-based guidelines and Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals.4. Actively participates in and supports departmental and organizational quality initiatives and goals.5.
