Staff Attorney: Juvenile Defense & Reentry Advocate

Open City Advocates is seeking a Staff Attorney to provide post-commitment juvenile defense and reentry planning for youth in the delinquency system. You will work under the Legal Director, handling hearings, meetings, and appeals while maintaining regular contact with clients and their families. Qualifications include a JD and DC Bar (or waiver), 1–2 years in direct legal services, and strong oral/written communication.
