Position Details Role: Site Supervisor - Physical Therapist Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic hours 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (40 hours/week) Location: South Windsor, CT The Site Supervisor ensures high‑quality, cost‑effective services, manages site resources, and balances patient treatment (approximately 80%) with administrative duties (approximately 20%). Job Responsibilities In collaboration with the Director, establishes, develops, and maintains effective relationships, working agreements and quality partnerships to secure resources for patient care and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Assesses staff performance, provides coaching, mentoring, development, and evaluation to align with the organization’s vision, mission, and values in a continuous learning environment. Acts swiftly to resolve patient or client problems or complaints using judgment and established policies. Works effectively as a team leader with on‑site staff and customers, demonstrating independent thinking and a commitment to exceptional customer service and strategic goals. Maintains site compliance with policies and procedures, and stays within standards set by accrediting bodies such as the Joint Commission and DPH. Qualifications Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of CT. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. At least 2 years of experience in the field; 2–3 years in an outpatient setting preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and electronic health records. Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal direction. Strong teamwork and mentoring skills.
