Restaurant Manager Dallas (Preston, Lovers Lane, or Plano)

Are you a professional manager with a background in managing casual or fine-dining restaurants who has a passion for quality food and developing people?Responsibilities:Actively attend to every station in the store to ensure each venue is ready for our guestsHire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standardsMaintain all merchandising standards and manage inventory levelsMaintain accurate financial and operational records (e.g. sales reports, payroll, cash handling, labor scheduling)Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codesQualifications:4+ years experience managing high profile casual dining restaurantsBachelor's Degree in hospitality management or similar degree preferredProven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions.Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show resultsExcellent interpersonal, communication and listening skillsPossess strong leadership skills.
