Salary: $48 - $72 per hour

Who we're looking for

The right person for this role takes pride in the way they treat people. They sit at the kitchen table with a homeowner and actually listen. They build customized options based on what that family needs, not what hits a quota. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and earn trust the right way.

• Real in-home sales experience. Solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, turf, termite or pest, plumbing, or similar. If you've sold high-ticket products inside a homeowner's living room, you know what we mean.
• A patient, customer-first approach. We're not hiring people who turn and burn through calls. We want pros who slow down, build trust, and treat every customer like family.
• Plumbing experience is a plus, not a requirement. What matters more is how you carry yourself in someone's home.
• Coachable and humble. Our top performers got there by being open to feedback. If you already know everything, this isn't your shop.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR. You're driving our truck.
• Background check and drug screening required. Standard part of joining the team.
• Available Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

• We don't run 24/7 emergency dispatch.
• We don't do on-call rotations.
• We don't work major holidays.
• We don't push customers into things they don't need.
• We don't treat our people like numbers.
