Onsite Service Technician

Overview We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated on-site service technician to work from client locations in Buffalo. In this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and assisting with general installation, maintenance, and repair of office equipment, including copiers, printers, and multifunctional devices. If you have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office equipment such as copiers, printers and scanners at client sites. Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal equipment performance. Install and configure new office equipment, ensuring seamless integration with client systems. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on tasks. Stay updated on product training and certifications for usher woods equipment and software solutions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required Technical certifications and/or technical degree is preferred Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor and willingness to learn Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and work in various client environments. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
