Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Our team values collaboration and communication, despite the physical distance, utilizing modern technology to provide seamless care and support. You will work within a structured schedule, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without any on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

• Facilitating open discussions to encourage clients to express their emotions and experiences, thus aiding their self-discovery and personal development.
\n
• Assessing clients' mental health conditions and crafting individualized treatment plans rooted in solution-based methodologies.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices.

• Aiding clients in identifying and setting achievable goals to foster personal empowerment and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily consists of adults with stable, low-acuity mental health concerns. These include anxiety disorders, mild depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Our therapists play a crucial role in providing clients with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license in California, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong proficiency with technology and virtual communication tools necessary for remote counseling.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on your hours worked and experience level. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
