Interior Design Construction Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing commercial interior construction projects, ideally in subcontractor or multi-trade environments.
• Strong understanding of trade coordination (drywall, ceilings, lighting, millwork, flooring, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and complex construction documentation.
• Proven skill in managing material lead times, sequencing, and scheduling in finish-driven environments.
