Anesthesiology Care ProviderProvides anesthesiology care commensurate with education, licensure, certification and within limits of experience and expertise in collaboration with and under the supervision of a medically supervising anesthesiologist. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes a team concept and reflects our values of Compassion, Collaboration, Excellence and Integrity.Practice Highlights:Enjoy a collegial, relaxed setting and excellent rapport with providers and staff in a Care Team ModelWork alongside experienced physicians, CRNAs and clinical staff who value teamwork, respect, and excellent patient careExperience a broad and engaging case mix including general surgery, neurosurgery/spine, vascular, robotics, ENT, GI, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics, and NORA procedures, with no trauma or cardiacRequired Qualifications:Successful completion of a prescribed curriculum from an accredited school of anesthesia by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)Master's degree in Nursing or AnesthesiologyMinimum of two years' experience as CRNAHolds current license in good standing to practice as a CRNA in the state of OregonAmerican Heart Association Healthcare Provider ACLS required upon hireActive staff membership in good standing with the medical staff of the hospital with all privileges and responsibilities accorded such membershipBilingual skills a plusKey Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.Administer and manage anesthetics, medications, fluids, blood products, and patient monitoring throughout the perioperative process.Manage all phases of anesthesia care, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia handoff.Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the care team to monitor patient status, communicate significant changes, and adjust care plans as needed.Hillsboro Medical Center believes in providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified individuals.
