Full Stack Microsoft Sr Developer (Power Platform Azure)

Remote Role Description: Implement workflows, orchestration, and integrations to bring the MVP wireframes to life. This role is hands on and execution focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Build integrations across Teams, Power Platform, and other Microsoft services.
• Translate Figma wireframes into functional user interfaces and backend logic.
• Collaborate with architect and data engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Document workflows and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of development experience in Microsoft stack.
• Expertise in Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Teams integration.
• Experience with workflow automation and orchestration.
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliant development practices.
