About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join a growing service team supporting customers with product service requests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, can multitask effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling to schedule service appointments and troubleshoot basic issues. You'll work closely with service technicians and internal teams to ensure customers receive prompt and professional support.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding service needs and product concerns.
• Gather information and identify customer issues through effective questioning and troubleshooting.
• Schedule onsite service appointments for technicians.
• Document customer interactions and service requests within the company's CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed.
• Assist with basic invoicing and data entry using Excel spreadsheets.
• Provide professional, positive, and timely customer service.
• Handle approximately 50 calls per day during peak season.
• Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional phone presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.

Work Environment

• Business casual office environment.
• Located within a retail showroom and office setting.
• Collaborative customer service team consisting of multiple service divisions.
• Supportive training and onboarding provided.
• Standard Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Roseville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
