Summary Assigns and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing and inspecting of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies and subassemblies. Responsibilities Analyzes production schedule and assigns jobs to line workers needed to meet delivery dates. Plans work assignments for group on basis of priority and worker skills. Assigns duties to workers and evaluates worker performance. Implements company policies and procedures. Examines product according to knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards to ensure acceptability. Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap and maintenance costs. Reviews work orders, product specifications, technical instructions and facility requirements, requisition tools. Enters and verifies employees work time into system. Adapts easily to changing programs; flexible to do tasks assigned. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills. Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required. Effective organization and prioritization skills. Demonstrate high attention to detail. Ability to work with diverse groups. Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism. Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment. Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools. Strong customer service and client focus. Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing. 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience; 1+ years in a leadership role. Experience in contract manufacturing preferred. Ability to drive solutions to planning issues with direction from senior management. Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required. Demonstrate leadership and people management skills. Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams with direction. Lead or participate in a continuous improvement activity with complete documentation, including a follow up review with the team in a presentation format. Demonstrate the ability to lead a small group through successful process improvement projects. Education 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive. Employment Details Shift: Shift 1 Work Schedule: M-Th 0530-1600 Full Time Compensation Compensation Range: $63,328.00 to $79,992.00 USD.
