I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Florida where I graduated from the College of Business at Florida State University. Outside of the office you can find me with my wife, little boy, and dog (Duke) at the park or the beach. i love giving back to my community, and creating a safe space and a good work environment for my team. Our mission here at Mike Perez State Farm is to empower the families and businesses of our community to be properly insured. We also strive to provide the great people of Tallahassee and the surrounding counties with personalized insurance to help protect against what can go wrong, so they can focus on what can go right! ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mike Perez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
