Job Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget
• Oversee project finances including cost reporting, forecasting, pay applications, subcontract management, and change orders
• Utilize Procore for project administration, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration
• Partner closely with field leadership, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a project manager with a general contractor
• Multifamily, hospitality, townhome, or large-scale commercial construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of project financials, cost controls, forecasting, and pay applications
• Proficient with Procore and construction management technology
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams
• Construction-related degree preferred but not required
• Stable work history with reputable contractors or developers
