Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
Assist with the verification of professional credentials and educational background.
Complete required health screenings and vaccinations as outlined.
Participate in skills checklists, competency exams, and core competencies assessments.
Maintain accurate documentation related to health history and professional qualifications.
Perform a comprehensive review of personal health history in compliance with health regulations.
Complete all necessary background checks and legal attestations.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Valid professional license and/or certification as required.
Current immunization records, including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
Completion of Fit Test and Annual TB Questionnaire.
Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.
Demonstrated competence in clinical skills and safety protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse healthcare team.

Health and Safety Requirements

COVID-19 Vaccination status as per organizational guidelines.
Completion of Influenza vaccination as required by policy.
Participation in courses related to ongoing professional development.
