Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-senior level corporate associate for their Capital Markets and Public Companies group in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks, with a focus on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters. Duties Advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, and governance. Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, and direct listings. Engage with technology and life sciences companies. Requirements Four to six years of relevant experience. Superior academic credentials. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree Certifications State Bar admission Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
