What We're Looking For This role assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. Day Shift: Monday - Friday Essential Duties / Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required Preferred Requirements Basic math and reading/writing skills needed Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures Experience moving between heights, ladders, stairs, and other elevated work environments Comfortable working in confined spaces and performing repetitive motions Experience operating machinery, power tools, and motor vehicles Ability to perform tasks in noisy environments Wage $17.50/hr Equal Opportunity Employer Zebra is an equal opportunity employer.
