Role Description The Service Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Glen Burnie, MD. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting customers with their aftersales needs, providing expert advice on vehicle service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Key tasks include assessing vehicle service needs, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and trust. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and general Customer Service Exceptional Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members Experience in Aftersales operations or automotive service environments Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Safford Automotive Group
