We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs to help clients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ conditions and needs through detailed assessments
  
  
  
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve functionality and independence
  
  
  
• Guide clients in therapeutic exercises and activities
  
  
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for integrated care
  
  
  
• Educate patients and families on techniques and at-home strategies
  
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

 

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure) in Alabama.
• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
