Occupational Therapist

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a growing team, dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to our patients. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care. Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional care to our patients Delivering exceptional customer service to our patients and family members Collaborating with facility staff to ensure exceptional care for our patients Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals Treating patients, addressing their concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care, and resetting goals Completing timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants #J-18808-Ljbffr Enhance Rehabilitation
