Role Description This full-time, on-site role as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative is based in Winston-Salem, NC. Responsibilities will include managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass processing orders, providing timely updates, estimating potential new projects, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and troubleshooting or resolving any issues. You will also contribute to maintaining business relationships and supporting clients with their specific print, design, and marketing objectives. Qualifications Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to deliver excellent service and maintain positive client connections Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines efficiently Basic Knowledge of Print and Marketing Processes, with the ability to communicate and coordinate related tasks Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills to identify issues and propose innovative solutions Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to correspond professionally with internal teams and clients Proficiency with standard business software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment Prior experience in printing, marketing, or customer service is a plus Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver Strong attention to details and quality control, with a strong interest in preventing errors and solving problems.
