Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRegistered Behavior Technician Job SummaryRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) establish & maintain a therapeutic relationship through pairing. RBTs directly implement behavior-analytic services. They accurately collect behavior data including A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording. RBTs follow the treatment plan goals and interventions and seek out appropriate consultation by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.RBT Duties and ResponsibilitiesDocument all services provided in a timely and accurate mannerProviding direct client care in one-on-one and group settingsCollecting and recording data based on client behaviorCommunicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progressAccurately collect behavior data, including A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recordingFollows the treatment plan goals and interventions, utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate consultationRBT's work with various clients, our client base is throughout the state of Delaware.RBT Requirements and QualificationsMust hold or be able to obtain and hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)High School Diploma or GED requiredPass State and Federal Criminal Background Check & Child Abuse Registry CheckReliable transportation requiredAble to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other professionalsFlexibility and adaptabilityThe ability to remain professional in high-stress situationsLocation: Kent County, Delaware - New Castle, Delaware - Sussex County, Delaware
