Full Stack Engineer

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves building scalable backend services in Python, migrating legacy Java/Spring Boot projects, integrating with Databricks, and enabling secure AI-driven frameworks. Candidates should have 3–5 years of backend experience, strong Python & Spring expertise, Databricks knowledge, and exposure to AI tooling. Key Responsibilities Architect & Develop: Build scalable backend services using Python; support Java 17+ & Spring Boot migration. Data Integration: Design & maintain pipelines with Databricks. Security First: Implement OAuth2, OIDC for secure authentication/authorization. AI Tooling: Create backend frameworks enabling Agentic AI tools & APIs. Data Persistence: Optimize DB schemas with Python; understand Spring Data JPA/Hibernate flows. Hybrid Engineering: Convert legacy Java code into Python. Required Skills 3–5 years backend development experience. Strong Python stack expertise (APIs, ingestion, Databricks). Solid Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security knowledge. Deep Java 17+ understanding (functional programming, multithreading, JVM tuning). Hands‑on Databricks experience. Exposure to AI frameworks & guardrails. CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
