*48 hours guaranteed with ability to be called off three shifts in 13 weeks *Condensed compliance checklist ICU, ICP monitoring, EVD, bolts, vents cerebral hemorrhages, sub-dural/epidural hematomas, all strokes, aneurysms/spinal cord injuries, and infections of the central nervous system Ratio- 1:2 for all shifts Beds- 44 Avg. Daily Census: 17; 1800 admissions/year Every other weekend required Will float down to any unit needed drips central lines ICP monitoring Dialysis (not for TN) foley hypothermia protocol (preferred) BCLS, ACLS, NIH required Vents, IV start, Tele, Conscious Sedation required ICP preferred 2 years experience required Will accept first time travelers BSN preferred
