Field-Based RN: Community Health & Homeless Care (Flexible Hours)

RiseWell Community Services

RiseWell Community Services in Brooklyn, NY is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Safe Options Support team. The RN will address the physical and medical health needs of participants in the community and during housing transitions, providing care and coordinating with medical providers.

This role offers field-based work with flexible hours and opportunities to impact health outcomes for homeless New Yorkers through comprehensive care plans and linkage to services.
