Travel Group in New York, NY seeks a Director, AI & Data Product to shape AI-powered experiences across a luxury hotel portfolio. You own the AI roadmap, GEO, CDP and data platform initiatives, working with IT, Data, Engineering and Marketing teams.
You will lead the design of AI-enabled guest journeys, personalization, and revenue-driven features, ensuring governance and privacy compliance across the commercial platform.
