Responsibilities

Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, including self-service kiosks or handheld tablets

Help maintain the waiting area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Assist with patient care by answering questions and providing compassionate support

Help fill in for phlebotomy duties as needed, including performing blood draws in the draw room

Support the lobby team by helping with patient flow and comfort while waiting for scheduled procedures

Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and procedures

Adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols at all times

Perform daily tasks accurately and on schedule under supervision, ensuring a positive image and professionalism

Required Skills

High level of customer service skills and experience in client-facing roles

Ability to handle patients with care and compassion

Experience with or ability to operate self-service kiosks and handheld tablets for patient check-in

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Keyboard and data entry proficiency

Additional Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience (retail, home health aide, etc.)

Previous phlebotomy experience or certification is required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable transportation with the ability to commute within a 20-25 minute window to the worksite

Availability to work scheduled hours, punctuality, and commitment to complete shifts without excessive absenteeism or tardiness

Ability to work in both front lobby and draw room as needed

Prior experience with keyboard/data entry is a plus
