HVAC & Plumbing Salesperson/EstimatorWright Mechanical is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable HVAC & Plumbing Salesperson/Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and accurately estimating residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects from initial client contact through closing.Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to assess HVAC and plumbing needs for residential and commercial projectsPrepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals based on project scopeGenerate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound effortsMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients and property managersConduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and gather necessary dataCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and executionFollow up on leads, proposals, and pending jobs to close salesStay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and local market conditionsRequirements:Qualifications:Experience in HVAC and/or plumbing sales, estimating, or related fieldStrong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systemsAbility to read blueprints and project specifications preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindsetValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary plus commission structureBonus opportunities based on performanceCompany vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable)Health benefits (if offered)Paid time offWork Environment:Combination of office and field workLocal travel required for site visits and client meetings
