TikTok Shop - Logistics CBT Merchant Solution Manager

Responsibilities Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the logistics experience for sellers on TikTok Shop in the U.S. market. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to strengthen system capabilities and ensure alignment between logistics product workflows and seller needs. Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, develop end‑to‑end solutions, and drive effective implementation. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and continuously optimize and upgrade existing business models. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, local overseas e‑commerce logistics, and supply chain management. Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Job Information Compensation: Base salary range $115,520 – $209,380 annually. Additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may be awarded.
