Innovative Hearing in Seattle, WA, Houston, TX and Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our growing team! The qualified candidate will be responsible for conducting full hearing assessments and hearing instrument fittings, all while providing top-quality patient care. The right candidate will have a proven track record in hearing instrument fitting and excellent patient care.

You will:

• Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
• Fit and dispense hearing aids and recommend proper assistive devices according to patient needs.

Requirements:

• MUST have a hearing instrument dispensing license in the state they are hired and begin to work right away with little to no supervision or direction.
• Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience dispensing hearing instruments preferred.
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have sales aptitude, and can manage time effectively.
