Job Summary As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings, including in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect and document data on client progress. You will also collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
